Kiara Johnson
Kiara is currently
studying an Applied Science degree in Human Movement. During her
course she earned her certificate 3 and 4 in fitness so she could
start doing what she loves. She has been involved in sports most of
her life. The main sports she undertook were netball, basketball,
dancing and long distance running. In 2007 after her second year of
studying, she began personal training with Revolution Health and
Lifestyle.
Training Style &
Influences
I have a strong
sporting background in a variety of sports. Some of the warm-ups I
do with my clients are basketball drills, netball drills and
football drills. I also include stretching at the end of a session
as I have a dancing background. The sports I have played have been
very high intensity so I like to bring that intensity into my
training sessions.

Trainer
I became a personal
trainer because I enjoy helping people achieve their goals. I also
enjoy motivating people to do what I love....EXERCISE! I get great
satisfaction out of people enjoying exercise and feeling
fantastic!
