Nathan studied certificate 3 an 4 in fitness at
the Australian Institute of Fitness and has now progressed to a
Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement/Bachelor of Arts
(Sports Administration) at Victoria University. He has always been
involved in sports from a young age participating in athletics for
5 years, swimming for 12 years and football for 13
years.
Training Style &
Influences
I like to mix it up to make each session
enjoyable and interesting. Boxing, body weight resistance, cardio,
running, jumping and explosive movements using the outdoors and
parks. Weight loss sessions vary immensely and may include boxing
cardio, circuits and resistance training methods, as well as
nutritional guidance.
