Brendan completed certificate III & IV
in Fitness with Wyn training solutions where he enjoyed every
minute and took a lot out of the course. He has been involved in
sports at very high levels for quite some time. He played
basketball for over 10 years where he was a member of numerous
representative teams and had played football since the age of 5 and
has trained with and represented teams including Calder Cannons,
Williamstown, Richmond and Collingwood.
Training Style and
Influences
I am a very upbeat type of trainer and I
like to bring a lot of energy to the sessions. If a client comes to
me wanting to lose weight and tone up, and I attempt to keep them
moving all the time. I also really enjoy training athletes because
you can train them to their maximal levels and get a great buzz
about their work ethic. As a trainer I am a very big believer in
working on your core stability. I believe with a strong core it
will help you function while training and help your
progression.

Why I became a personal
trainer?
The reason I became a personal trainer is
because I enjoy learning about how our body works. I’m very
passionate about getting the most out of myself & other people.
I like seeing people achieve their goals and guiding people in the
right direction on how to get the best out of
themselves.
