Luke has always been an
active person so the career of a personal trainer seemed like the
perfect choice. Now after 7 years in the fitness industry he
could not imagine doing anything else. Luke was one of the
founders of Revolution Health & Lifestyle and has worked in
many varying roles in the fitness industry.

Influences
Luke endeavors to make
ever training session different from the session before. He
believe this is the key to keeping clients continually motivated
and improving. He places a strong emphasis on scientific
background to anything he prescribes and will never be draw into
the latest industry 'fads'. Luke loves instructing power
training and plyometric exercise and loves working with
specifically one on one with highly motivated
individuals.
